This beautiful holiday heritage homestay located in Kottayam town has spacious air-conditioned rooms, private and calm property positioned on the banks of the Meenachil River.The home is 75 year old which is managed by an individual homeowner. The property has the owner’s identity, property ownership, a certification from the department of tourism Kerala, through the district tourism promotion council and has a history of renting for guests since 2007.

The entire guests checking in are requested to fill the C form which is to be produced before the local authorities.
