- One day cultural and art program/ conferences followed by lunch, high tea, dinner for big groups up to 60 pax.
Rooms
Air conditioned family/ double en- suite room can be accessed separately from the house and has been individually decorated and furnished with antiques of the period . We have an additional dressing room with wardrobe and fully furnished private sitting room with chest of drawers attached to the family en-suite room. The modern western styled private bathroom is complete with superior fittings and accessories.

- Modular Kitchen for self-cooking.
Guests interested to be trained in Kerala cuisines are given chance to take part with the family member in cooking for one or two dishes of their choice, complementary.
